Low light and out of focus

Recently I noticed that one of my friends has an interesting stuff in his apartment. One of them is a meddle eastern instrument called “Aodd”, the other was an old looking lantern. So an idea came to me to put these things together in a photo. I thought that they are interesting enough to put them in the same photo with some processing in photoshop I may get a good photo here. Yes, today is my birthday or assume people call it “Gifts day”. So I got one of these nicely wrapped gift, beautiful rich colors, in nice box, and I was thinking, that will make a good photo. For the last two weeks I’ve been experimenting with HDR in many places with different situations. Last night I’ve been hanging out with my friends at Tim Horton coffee and I noticed the different colors and the change in tone. I thought I may try a hand-held camera HDR which was a bad idea.
